Grant by William Wakefeld, Henry Cundell and Robert atte Ford to Robert Chichele, citizen and grocer of London, William Warbulton, esquire, and John Chaumberleyn, chaplain, of all the lands, tenements etc. which they have in New Windsor, Old Windsor and Clewar, co. Berks, which they lately had of the gift of Robert Hertle, John Clerk, late vicar of the church of St John the Baptist in New Windsor, John Piers, chaplain there, and William Tyler, of Windsor, except a garden which Robert Hertle sometime held of Bernard Brocas. Witnesses: John Cifrewas, Thomas Sy, Robert Wythele and many others.
