Final concord made in the King's court at Westminster Michaelmas 12 Edward IV (1472) before Thomas Bryan, Richard Chokke, Thomas Littelton and Richard Neel, justices, and others, between John Steward, William Blakeman, John Elryngton, senior, and Robert Forster, plaintiffs and Nicholas Key, and Isabel, his wife, relict of John Scot, deforciants, concerning 2 messuages, 3 tofts, 23 acres 1 rood of land, 8½ acres of meadow and 16d rent in New Windsor in Undirore within the fee of the abbot of Redyng. The said Nicholas and Isabel acknowledge the premises to be the right of the said William as those which the said William, John, John and Robert have of the gift of the said Nicholas and Isabel, and quitclaim the same.
The plaintiffs give the deforciants 40 marks silver.
