Declaration by Thomas Wheteley, mayor of the town of Newe Wyndesore, Richard Hayward and John Carr, bailiffs, William Thorelowe, clerk, vicar of the town, William Canon, John Toller, Andres Bereman, John Baker, John Wellys, John Pury, William Pury, John Squyer, Thomas Bowlande, Thomas Ryder, John Bexfeld, Hue Lyonell, Thomas Todde, Robert Avelyn, Robert Stapur, Thonas Brammylton, Rauff Bullokk, John Dalalawnde, John Taylor, Richard Holt, Richard Greneway, John Dawe, Robert Burnewell, Robert Mereward, Thomas Marshall, John Middelton, William Smyth, John Knyght, John Sawyer, John Tilly, John Myles, Richard Brytt, John Seby, John Aware, Richard Goode, Thomas Waleys, Thomas Skelton, William Waleys, Philipp Forster, Thomas Ponchyn, Robert Rakett, and Richard Bertelott, that in the dispute between John Bullokk, of Newe Wyndesore on one side, and Cristyn Grene and Clemens Frymley, widows, supported by Henry Bost, clerk, Provost of the College of Eton, and his brethren of the College, on the other, the latter are withholding evidences concerning a mies called the Cristofer with 7 tenants (tenements) built in Newe Wyndesor and 7 acres 3 roods of arable land and meadow lying in Undrooreffeld, late of William Bolley, of Newe Wyndesor; whereby the said Bullock cannot have his inheritance, though he is the next heir of the said William Bolley. Sealed at Newe Wyndesore 24 June 11 Henry VII.
