Grant by William Bromewiche, clerk, to Oliver Turnor, groom to the King, and Elizabeth, his wife, and the heirs of the said Oliver, of a tenement with shops, gardens and curtilages adjacent situated in New Windsor in the parish of Clewar in Bysshoppstrete between the tenement sometime of Lucy Place on the north, and the tenement late of John Pynke on the south, and the King's way on the east, and the garden sometime of Thomas Holbode, late of William Lakyn, a King's justice, and Sibil, his wife, on the west, which he lately had together with Henry Haythorpp, now defunct, of the gift of the said Elizabeth, sometime the wife of James Whitefeld and afterwards of John Burnett.
