Bond by Richard Pashe to pay John Spark, clerk, £40 sterling on the feast of the Purification next. Given 5 January 13 Henry VII.
Seal.
The condition of the bond is that if a dispute between the said Richard Pashe and John Spark concerning lands and tenements in New Windsor, Old Windsor and Clewer, co. Berks, sometime of William Bolley, shall be settled by the arbitration of John Scotte and Robert Wodeford, the elected arbitrators, and the arbitration observed by the said John Pashe and anyone else having an interest in the premises for the use of John Pashe, before the feast of the Purification, then the bond shall be annulled.
