Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of croft

Grant by Henry Derward alias Henry Sawyer, of Redyng, co. Berks, fuller, to Andrew Bereman, Thomas Benet, WIlliam Pury and Richard Fytzwater, of New Windsor, of a croft of land in Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the field called Underowr Felde on the north and east and the croft of land and cottage called a Shepehowse pertaining to the College of Eton on the west and the pasture called the Comyn on the south; and an acre of land in Underowr field between the path called a Merewey on the west and the land of the College of St George in the castle of Windsor on the east, abutting at one end onto the land of the said Andrew Bereman on the south and at the other onto the land of the said College of Eton on the north; which he inherited after the death of Thomas Derward alias Thomas Sawyer, his brother.
