Grant by Henry Darward alias Henry Sawyer, of Redyng, co. Berks, fuller, to Andrew Bereman, Thomas Benet, William Pury and Richard Fytzwater, of New Windsor, of half an acre and a rood of land lying separately in the parish of Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng in the field called Underowrefeld, which he inherited after the death of Thomas Darward alias Thomas Sawyer, his brother. Given at Windsor 27 May 4 Henry VIII.
