Bond by Richard Routhall, of Mulsowe, co Buks, gentilman, and Agnes, his wife, to pay Thomas Smyth, of Eton £20 sterling at Michaelmas next.

The condition of the bond is that if the said Richard and Agnes never make claim to a house in the borough of Newe Wyndesore between the tenement of the abbot of Reding on the east and the tenement late of John Rympyngden on the west and the wall of the King's castle on the south and the King's high way on the north, then the bond is to be void.
