Grant by Richard Fytzwater, Thomas Benett, William Pury and John Bekford, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Masters William Cowper and Henry Mynne, clerks, of a croft of land lying in Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng called Underoure, which they lately had of the gift of William Hunderlynge and Joan, his wife, and lately recovered against the said William and Joan in the King's court at Westminster Easter 5 Henry VIII. And appointment of William Ketyll, and John Tudway as their attorneys to deliver full seisin.
