Grant by Andrew Bereman, Thomas Benett, William Pury and Richard Fytzwater, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Masters William Cowper and Henry Mynne, clerks, of a croft of land and an acre and 3 roods of arable land lying in Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng called Underowre, which they lately had, for the use of the said Richard, of the gift of Henry Derward alias Henry Sawyer. And appointment of William Ketyll and John Tudway as their attorneys to deliver full seisin.
