Indenture between Master William Cowper, Vice-Provost of the King's College of Our Blessed Lady of Eton, co. Buks, and Master Henry Mynne, fellow of the same, on one part, and RIchard Fytzwater, of New Wyndesor, co. Berks, on the other. Whereas for £20 sterling the said Richard has sold lands (ECR 13 927, ECR 13 928) in Wyndesor to the said William and Henry; if Richard shall pay them £20 before next Pentecost he may re-enter the premises and have the use of them.
If, so in possession, he wish to resell the lands, the Provost and College may have the first refusal o fhtem at a reasonable price.
