Grant by Michael Dadisley, Edmund Wyngat, clerks, and John Shawe to Thomas Smythe of all their lands and tenements lying in the parish of New Windsor, which they lately had of the gift of John Knyght, of New Windsor, for the use of Richard Rowthall, and Agnes, his wife, and the heirs of the said Agnes, sister of Thomas Hobbys, clerk, defunct.
And appointment of John Esgore, mercer, and Thomas Dormond as their attorneys to deliver full seisin.
Witnesses: Sir Richard Byrch, chaplain, Robert Heth and Edmund Bentley of Mulso, with many others.
Given at Leyghton Bussard, co. Bed 12 November 5 Henry VIII.
Three seals.
