Quitclaim by Richard Rothall, esquire, alias Richard Rothall of Mulso, co. Buk, and Agnes, his wife, sister and heir of Thomas Hobbys, clerk, defunct, to Thomas Smythe of all their right in all the lands and tenements in New Windsor with which Michael Dadisley, Edmund Wyngat, clerks, and John Shawe were lately enfeoffed, for their use, and with which at their instance, the said feoffees have enfeoffed the said Thomas, and which the said Thomas lately purchased from the said Richard and Agnes.
Witnesses: Sir Richard Byrch, chaplain, Robert Heth of Leyghton Bussard and Edmund Bentley and many others. Given at Mulso, co. Buks 15 November 5 Henry VIII.
