Grant by Stephen Coope, esquire, son and heir of William Coope, esquire, defunct, to Thomas Smyth alias Thomas Butler, of Eton, co. Buks, William Ketyll, John Alfeld and Edward Skelton, of Eton, yemen, of all his messuage with gardens adjacent in New Windsor, co. Berks, in the lordship and parish of Clewer lying next Windsor bridge between the messuage of Thomas Benett on the south and the land of the Provost and Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton on the north, abutting at the east end onto the King's way and the land in the tenure of Thomas Benet on the west, which he inherited after the death of William Coope, his father. To be held for the use of Thomas Smyth.
And appointment of Richard Fytzwaters and John Symmys as his attorneys to deliver full seisin.
