Bond by Richard Starkey, gentleman, and Agnes Starkey, of New Windsor, co. Berks, widow, to pay John Patmer, bursar of the College of the Blessed virgin Mary of Eton, co. Bucks, £40 sterling.
Given 10 July 35 Henry VIII.
The condition of the bond is that, if Agnes abides by the award of Marvyn Knyght, a justice of the King's bench, and William Portman, a serjant at law, in their arbitration concerning a house in Brydgestrete in Wyndsor in dispute between her and the Provost and College of Eton, then the bond shall be annulled.
Two seals, with signature of Rychard Starkye.
