Grant by Robert de Dunstapele and Christine, his wife, daughter of Thomas le Cupere, to Richard ate Gate, of Windsor, and Matilda, his wife, of a messuage which they inherited after the death of William le Cupere, (quondam avunculi mei dicte Cristine) in New Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clywar, lying between the messuage of the said Richard and Matilda and the messuage of Isabel le Weyte, and extending at one end onto the land of John Jordan and at the other onto the King's street.
Witnesses: Henry le Plomer, Richard Cutel, Edmund de Brumtone, William Holdbode, Stephen Chesewyk, John Jordan, Robert le Tannir and others. GIven at Windsor Thursday the morrow of Michaelmas 33 Edward I.
