2. John Bruton.
Manor of Milborne with rents, meadows, pasture land, pastures and all other appurtenances (ward, marriage etc excepted).
9 Years from Michaelmas at 10 marks p.a. to be paid in two equal instalments at Michaelmas and Easter. John to bear all expenses and not to sublet without special licence, also to pay the costs of the steward or clerk of the Abbey coming to hold a court twice a year.
Bond of £20.
