Grant by Thomas Profet and William Towe, of New Windsor, to Sir John Hulle, priest, of Clywar, and Denise, late wife of Richard Pomfrette, of a tenement situated in the fee of the lord of Clywar, between the tenement late of William Pynke on the south and a curtilage of the lord of Clywar on the north, extending from the King's way called Tamestrete to the garden sometime of Thomas Holbode; and 6 acres of arable land lying in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng, of which 5 acres lies together between the land of John Pomfret and the land sometime of Richard Caperon, extending from the land sometime of John Place to the King's way called Poukelane, and ½ acre lies next Islepes between the common way which leads towards the meadow of Underore and the land sometime of William Bullok and ½ acre lies there between the land of the said William Bullok and the land sometime of John Towe, the said 2 half acres extending from the land sometime of Richard Caperon to the land sometime of the said John Towe. The grantors had the premises of the gift of John Pomfret, senior.
