Indented schedule containing particulars of a lease.
In primis - One messuage at the Spittle in New Windsore called the Spittle farme house.
Item - One close of meadow adjoining called Kites meade of 7 acres.
Item - One close of meadow near the Spittle chappell of 2 acres.
Item - One close of meadow called the Bourne of 3½ acres.
Item - 1½ acres of meadow lying together on Spittle hill in a common meade being part of the field called the Werth adjoining the orchard and ground of Edmond Ayer, gent, sometime Callis' land, on the north, and the meadow ground sometime Alley's now Alden's on the south.
Item - 2 closes of arable land called Hilles near the meadow called the Bourne of 13 acres sometime in 3 closes.
Item - 3 acres of arable land containing 6 lands lying together in a field called the Werth abutting on an acre of land in the tenure of Thomas Hauerguill, gent, on the south and the land of the dean and cannons of Windsore in the tenure of John Weekes, bruer, on the north.
Item - 2 acres of arable land containing 5 lands lying together in the Werth abutting on an acre sometime in the tenure of Nicholas Stutfeild, belonging to the inn called the Crosse Keys, on the south, and the King's land called Broccas land in the tenure of Silvester Sweetset, bucher, on the north.
