Indenture of grant by William Gray, of New Windsor, to John Myleward, of the same, of ½ acre of land lying upon Astwurth between the land of William Bullok and the land of Thomas Ysslep. If the said William shall pay to the said John in the parish church of Windsor at the feast of All Saints following 21s the grant shall be annulled.
Witnesses: John Gardiner, John Matheu, Richard Bullok, Richard Caperon, William Mauston and others.
Given at Windsor Tuesday the morrow of St Maurus the abbot 15 Richard II.
