Grant by Richard Horsull, of New Windsor, and Agnes, his wife, to Thomas Harpecote, of the same, of 6d yearly quit rent which they used to receive at Michaelmas from Thomas Swyft for an acre of land lying in Underour in the fee of the abbot of Radyng on a cultura called Langecroft between the land of the said Thomas Harpecote and the land of William Bollok.
Witnesses: William Tyler, steward of the merchant guild of the town, Richard Newebury, Nicholas Clerk, then bailiff, John Towe, William Bullok, John Phelipp, John Scriveyn and others. Given at Windsor Tuesday on the feast of St Mathias the Apostle 12 Henry IV.
Two seals.
