Grant by John Pury, esquire, to Thomas Broun, alias Sherman, of Windsor, of a messuage with a garden adjacent situated in the town of Windsor between the tenement of Henry Fraunceys and the tenement of Margaret Benett, and abutting at one end onto the high way called Hieghstrete and at the other onto the croft of the said Henry Fraunceis; which he lately had of the gift of Ralph Verney. Yearly rent, payable at the grantor's manor of le Mote, of 12d, payable at the Annunciation and Michaelmas, with license for the grantor to enter and distrain if the rent is 15 days in arrears.
