Quitclaim by Robert Avelyn, of Old Windsor, co. Berks, yoman, proprietor of a tenement called Maryon at More lying in the parish of New Windsor in the fee of the abbot Redyng, to William Blakman, citizen and talugh-chaundeler of London, John Elryngton, of Hakeney, co. Middlesex, gentilman, and Robert Foster, of London, gentilman, of all his right in 1½ acres of land in a field called Underore in the parish of New Windsor and 6d of yearly quitrent which he used to received at Maryon at More for the same and all arrears of rent. Given 14 December 16 Edward IV.
