.Quitclaim by John Scott, gentilman, and William Staverton, esquire, to Henry Boste, clerk, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, co. Buks, and the College, of all their right in a tenement situated in New Windsor, co. Berks, with a garden adjacent, between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plummer on the north and the tenement and garden sometime of John Perys and sometime of John Phillip and the garden late of John Horne, junior, sometime of William Pope, and the garden sometime of John Benfelde and the garden sometime of Gilbert Saxilby and the garden sometime of Richard Skynner and the lane there called Tully Lane on the south, extending at the east end onto the King's street, and garden late of John Perys and the garden late of the said John Horne, and at the west end onto a dike called Goswell diche; which they lately had, together with Thomas Wyndesore, esquire, and Robert rede, late of New Windsor, now defunct, of the gift of Thomas Rolfe, late of New Windsor, now defunct.
