Grant by William Lambe, of New Windsor, and Alice, his wife, daughter of the late Christine Canne, to John Durward and Margaret, his wife, of an acre of arable land lying in Windsor in the field called Northeworthe in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge between the land late of Thomas Passhe, clerk, on the east, and the land of Henry Bost, clerk, on the south and west and the land of John Bullok, late of William Bullok on the north, which they lately had of the bequest of the said Christine Canne, then a widow.
Witnesses: William Cannon, then mayor of the borough of Windsor, Richard Heyward and Thomas Buknell, bailiffs, Nicholas Powncer, John KNight, John Michell and many others. Given at Windsor 25 February 9 Henry VII.
