Final concord made in the King's court at New Windsor 1 October 8 Henry VII before John Baker, mayor, John Scotte, seneschal, Abraham Sibilies, John Todde, William Canon, Andrew Bereman, John Squyer, John Toller, Thomas Browtherton, suitors of the court there, and others, between Henry Bost, clerk, William Bethom, clerk, Hugh France, clerk, William Garthe, clerk, Gilbert Carlston, clerk, George Bardesey and Thomas Wyllyngham, plaintiffs, and William Lambe, Alice, his wife, Robert Mereward and Isabel, his wife, deforciants, concerning a messuage in New Windsor, whereby the deforciants acknowledge the messuage to be the right of the plaintiffs and quitclaim all their right thereto, for which the plaintiffs have paid them £10 silver.
