Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Robert Sawyn, citizen and cooper of London, of a piece of ground lying within the parish of St Martin in the Vintry 12 feet in breadth and 41 feet in length. From Michaelmas last for 60 years. Rent 5s. The lessee to build a new house meet for a dwelling house at his own cost.
