Series
Claude Aurelius Elliott (1888-1973) was a King's Scholar at Eton, 1902-1906. He was elected Head Master in 1933, and Provost in 1949. He left that office in 1965.
Hugh Richard Heathcote Gascoyne-Cecil (1869-1956), Baron Quickswood, was at Eton 1882-1884 in the house of G.E. Marindin. He was Provost of Eton 1936-1944.
